Retreat Volunteers: 2025 Argentina

Our registration for the Thrive 2025 Argentina Retreat is officially open! We are hoping to host 20 global workers in Buenos Aires, Argentina for this uniquely intimate retreat. We are now ready to begin putting together our 2025 Argentina Volunteer Team. We are praying that God would build up a volunteer team of Spiritual Directors, Counselors, and Massage Therapists who are willing to serve the attendees at this retreat.

This is a NEW THRIVE OFFERING - a CONTEMPLATIVE RETREAT

The estimated cost for a Thrive volunteer for the 2025 Argentina retreat is $2425. Volunteer retreat costs are based on a single room, breakfast and dinner daily, meeting expenses, gratuities, and other miscellaneous expenses. . All additional costs for travel to Buenos Aires, lunch daily and all expenses traveling to and from the retreat location are personal expenses that are yours to cover.



Many volunteers choose to raise support for their retreat experience, and you are welcome to do this as well. You can receive more information regarding retreat fundraising following your application.

Retreat Volunteer Schedule:

Before the official retreat dates, volunteers and staff will spend time onsite preparing for the arrival of our guests. This preparation will include training, getting to know each other, and setting up gifts, materials, etc.

Day 1 SAT Arrival and settle in, get acquainted
Day 2 SUN Introductions, assemble gifts, prepare for the retreat
Day 3 MON Attendee arrivals, settle in, welcome, dinner, worship
Day 4 TUES Breakfast, meet with attendees one-on-one, lunch on own, meet with attendees one-on-one, dinner together, evening worship
Day 5 WED Breakfast, meet with attendees one-on-one, lunch on own, meet with attendees one-on-one, dinner together, evening worship
Day 6 THURS Breakfast, meet with attendees one-on-one, lunch on own, meet with attendees one-on-one, dinner together, evening worship
Day 7 FRI Breakfast, meet with attendees one-on-one, lunch on own, meet with attendees one-on-one, dinner together, evening worship and closing
Day 8 SAT Breakfast and brief debrief, departures
