Our registration for the Thrive 2024 Cruise Retreat is officially open! We are hoping to host 75 global workers in cruising from Miami, Florida in the Spring. We are now ready to begin putting together our 2024 Cruise Volunteer Team. We are praying that God will build up a volunteer team of 30 women who are willing to serve the attendees at this retreat.
The estimated cost for a Thrive volunteer for the 2024 Cruise retreat is $2425. Volunteer retreat costs are based on a shared double room, all meals, meeting expenses, gratuities and other miscellaneous expenses. All additional costs for food, etc. while traveling to and from the retreat location are personal expenses that are yours to cover.
Many volunteers choose to raise support for their retreat experience, and you are welcome to do this as well. You can receive more information regarding retreat fundraising following your application.
Before the official retreat dates, volunteers and staff will spend time onsite preparing for the arrival of our guests. This preparation will include training, getting to know each other, and setting up gifts, materials, etc. After the retreat ends, we’ll stay one additional day to reflect and recuperate from the emotional and physical exhaustion before returning home.
